WAY OF PREPARATION FOR APPLICATION
Mix the product in a different pot with a little bit of water. Make the tank of device half-full with water. After preparing a pre-mixture in a separate container, transfer the product into the tank of the device. Operate the mixer and fill the tank with water to the end. Use the mixture prepared in the same day.
MISCIBILITY
It can be generally mixed with other products. However, if a mixture will be done, pre-mixture test and phototoxicity test should be performed.
USAGE
First, the required amount of product must be mixed with some water in a different pot. Then, the mixture must be transferred into the tank of device. Then, tank must be filled with water to the end, and the product becomes ready for the application. The prepared mixture must be sprayed when the weather is fresh and dry in such a way that the product covers the plant completely.
The application of insecticide against Cocopsyllapyri should be carried out during the period when 2nd and 3rd nymphs are dominant and if 15% of opposite suckers are infested.
The application of insecticide against Aphispomi should be carried out when 15 infested suckers are seen.
The application of insecticide against Mysuzpersicae should be carried out when 7 infested offshoots out of 50 trees are seen between the period from buds are appeared until the population turns into the form called ¾.
Pest control against Planococcuscitri is carried out at two stages:
First Stage: It is the stage when wetness is seen at grape’s body and bark, and when Planococcuscitri starts to become green. Unripe grapes are approximately chickpea-sized at this stage.
Second Stage: It is the stage when Planococcuscitri passes into the leaves and bunch of grapes, and when grapes become watery. However, if the insect pests have not seen so often at the first stage, then disinfection should be applied only at the second stage. If insect pests have seen so often at the first stage, then it is essential to apply insecticide at both stages.
The application of insecticide against Nasonovlaribisnigri lettuce aphid against shpuld start if the number of pests reach 10-20 per leaf according to results of counting performed in 20-40 leaves. In addition to this, useful things should be taken into consideration by monitoring parasitoids and predators.
RESISTANCE MANAGEMENT
The plant protection product called GRAVİTON SC is an insecticide classified as Group 23 according to action of mechanism. Recurring applications of the plant protection products with the same action of mechanism promote multidrug resistance. Therefore, please do not use the product more than once in a season to retard multidrug resistance. Recommended dose should be followed and the product should not be applied at high dose. The plants should be covered and sprayed by the product very well. In case it is necessary to repeat the application, on the other hand, take care to use one of the plant protection products with a different action of mechanism (different from Group 23).
