CHARACTERISTICS OF THE PRODUCT AND EFFECTS ON THE PLANT

CALMENT; prolongs the period of vegetative and generative development of the plants. It impedes the falling of plant fruits. It increases the number of fruits produced by the plants as well as the fruit aroma and quality, and prolongs the shelf and storage life. In the orchards where this product is used, bitter pit disease is not found. In the vegetables where the product is used, blossom-end rot is not observed. In the fruit and vegetables where it is applied, deformation and formation of brown and black necrosis on end-sprouts and young leaves is avoided. It shows the plants more lively, the leaves and the stems dark green and more luxurious. If it is used in the soil, it regulates the soil salinity by buffering the salinity due to excessive fertilization or to the salinity contained naturally in the soil.
