MISCIBILITY:

LAPIS can be mixed with insecticides of neutral reactions. If the reaction with the product to mix is not known, it is better to take sample and control whether it is miscible or not. The mixture must be well prepared and used within a few hours.

MODE OF USE AND TIMING:

Though Lapis is efficient in an equal way on larvae at both the first and last stages, but the best time to impede the pests to be harmful is when application is realized at the first stages and when the number of larvae is at the suitable level.

Cotton: Disinfestation must begin as soon as 0,5 larvae per plant or 2 egg sacks or 2 new dehiscence (source) are seen in 25 plants.

Pepper: Disinfestation must begin when 1-2 new hatch eggs or 4-5 larvae are seen in 100 plants. If there are many pests in the weir then repeat the application. Best result is obtained when the larvae are not spread away then you must pay attention to the application timing.

Corn: Disinfestation must begin when an average of 2 larvae is seen on one plant.

RESISTANCE MANAGEMENT: LAPIS Crop Protection Productis an insecticide classed Group 15 according to its mechanism of action. Repeated applications of the same group of crop protection products lead to resistance development. For this reason, do not exceed the number of recommended applications of LAPIS during the same season in order to avoid resistance development. In case applications need to be repeated, pay attention to use crop protection products with a different mechanism of action (apart from those of Group 15).
