MENSURON can be used with medicine that contains Bromoxynil as tank-mixture. It is not mixed with medicines that contain organic phosphor.
USAGE AND TIME
The device’s tank is filled with water in half first. Then required amount of the medicine is mixed water in a separate container thoroughly. This prepared mix is slowly added to the half full tank while the mixer is working. Rest of the tank is filled with water. For a good weed control, a well cover spraying should be performed. The amount of water to be used per decare is 10-40 liters. If weed intensity is too much, the amount of water to be used should be increased. If possible tee jet (11002-11003) should be used for spraying. The spraying should be performed during the warm hours of the day. It shouldn’t rain after the spraying for 4-5 hours. If it is used with organic phosphoric soil insecticides within the same year, the development of corn will be affected. For medicines containing organic phosphor applied to leaves, there should be at least 7 days in between.
RESISTANCE MANAGEMENT
The plant protection product named MENSURON is a herbicide, classified as Group B-2 in terms of its active substance. Repeated application of same group plant protection products that has the same effect mechanism encourages resistance development. For this reason, in order to delay resistance development, do not exceed total suggested number of usage of MENSURON within the same season. In case repetition of the application is needed, make sure you use those plant protection products with different effect mechanism (other than B-2).
